These terms apply when you use OfferVia AI ("OfferVia", "we"). By creating an account or joining the early access list, you agree to them.

What OfferVia does

OfferVia uses AI to find jobs, score how well they match you, and prepare tailored resumes, cover letters and application answers. OfferVia never submits an application for you. You review everything and make the final click yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about yourself, and check every application before you submit it.
• Use OfferVia only for your own job search.
• Follow the rules of the job sites and employers you apply to.
• Keep your login details safe.

AI-generated content

AI can make mistakes. OfferVia is designed to use only your real experience, but you are responsible for reviewing and correcting anything before you send it. We don't guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

Plans and payments

• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
• Prices may change. We'll tell you before any change affects you.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse OfferVia, for example by submitting false information or trying to break the service.

Limitation of liability

OfferVia is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions employers make about your applications.
