OfferVia AI ("OfferVia", "we") helps you prepare job applications. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the early access list or create an account.
• Your resume and profile details you choose to give us, such as work history, skills, location and salary goals.
• Job preferences and the applications your agent prepares for you.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and errors, to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To find jobs that match you and prepare tailored resumes, cover letters and form answers.
• To send you emails about your account, and product news you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To improve OfferVia. We never sell your personal data.

AI processing

To tailor your applications, we send your resume and the job posting to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude). We ask for your permission before doing this for the first time. Our provider processes the data only to return results to us and does not use it to train its models under our agreement.

Job sites

OfferVia never logs in to, scrapes or automates LinkedIn or Indeed on your behalf. You always submit applications yourself.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that help us run OfferVia, such as hosting, database, email, payments and our AI provider.
• Employers, only when you choose to submit an application to them.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Security and retention

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep it while your account is open, and delete it within 30 days after you delete your account.

Your choices

• Download or correct your data at any time.
• Delete your account and all your data from Settings, or by emailing us.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click.
